RECEIVING INVENTORY

Your products can be delivered as courier boxes, on pallets or in sea containers. We ask you to provide us with a packing list in advance, which can be sent on email or uploaded to myFLEX WMS system, with all the cargo details including: SKU list, number of boxes per SKU, box dimensions in cm, weight in kg. You can also share the inbound shipment details with FBA prep Germany via an online spreadsheet.

STEP 1

QUALITY CHECK

We check all the cargo details on receiving - the number of boxes delivered is being check and confirmed within myFLEX WMS system. If we find any damages on receiving or identify any units / boxes missing, we will report you the discrepancies and a photo report will be provided.

STEP 2

FBA PREPARATION

FBA prep center Germany stricly follows Amazon FBA rules and requirements. Your products will be prepped according to Amazon FBA requirements - both when single unit prep is provided or we work on box level shipments - to make sure a seamless delivery of your products to Amazon fulfillment centers. Once the FBA prep is done, we either will send you the packing details on email or they are available within myFLEX WMS system.

STEP 3

SHIPPING TO AMAZON FBA

As soon as we receive your Amazon box labels, which can be sent to FBA prep center on email or we generate them automatically from your Sellers Central account, we ship your inventory to Amazon warehouses - as courier boxes or LTL/FTL palletized shipments.

STEP 4

AMAZON VENDOR SELLERS

RECEIVING AND QUALITY CHECK

We make sure that any discrepancies are identified on receiving - delivery is checked against the inbound shipment details uploaded to myFLEX WMS system and reported along with pictures to make sure the inventory data is up to date.

CARTON PICK AND SHIP

Once the shipping order in booked within myFLEX WMS and you provide us with Amazon ASN and box labels, we pick, label and ship your boxes within 1 business day. Thanks to our dedicated daily collections of courier boxes with DHL and UPS, your shipments will be collected by a courier max on the next working day.

STEP 2

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TO AMAZON FCs

We have selected reliable courier and trucking companies that know how do deliver shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers efficiently and without day. Booking delivery slots based on your PO numbers is handled on our side.

1Where is FBA Prep center located in Germany?

Our warehouse is located in the sea container port terminal in Wilhelmshaven (aha 'Hamburg West'), which is the only deep sea water terminal in Germany. Being located only 200 metres from the terminal's gate, allows FBA Prep Germany to receive your container shipments in the most cost effective way possible. FBA Prep Germany is located in a brand new Atlantic One warehouse constructed in 2021 which guarantees the optimal storage conditions for your goods.

2What is the minimum cargo volume you can process?

FBA prep Germany can take care of all your shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers in the European Union - we process everything from single box shipments to full containers with 1,000+ boxes each. When FBA prep on single units is required, we would expect to receive at least 100 units per SKU in order to process your products efficiently and be able to provide the service at a competitive price.

3How can I become FBA prep Germany customer?

Please contact us on email, via an online contact form or give us a call - we are happy to help you! All we need from your side to open an account for you, are your full business registration details for the EU including name of the company, registration address and VAT number.

4Can FBA prep Germany provide me with the customs clearance on my import shipments from China?

FBA Prep Germany can provide you with a full service solution for your Amazon business - we can handle your import customs clearance in several countries in the European Union, including Germany, Poland and the Netherlands, both for companies with and without a physical presence in the EU.

5Can you deliver my shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers in any country?

FBA Prep Germany can handle your deliveries to Amazon fulfillment centers in any country in Europe. For deliveries to Amazon FBA in Germany, Poland, Spain, Italy, France it only takes 2-5 days to deliver the boxes to FCs, pallets usually take 7-14 days to deliver. We can also take care of shipping to Amazon FCs in the UK, but since Brexit, those shipment will require export and import customs clearance which will add around a week to the shipping process.
